Meet James Lawrence “Iron Cowboy” the greatest endurance athlete the world has seen. He’s known for his unprecedented 50/50/50 performance, where he took on the challenge of completing 50 triathlons across 50 states in 50 consecutive days. This time he’s coming back to accomplish something 
even bigger – Conquer One Hundred.


From March 1, 2021 – June 8, 2021 he will race a full-distance triathlon for 100 consecutive days, totaling 14,060 miles, 140.6 miles a day for 14 weeks. Each race will include: 
  • Swimming 2.4 miles
  • Cycling 112.03 miles
  • ​Running 26.25 miles

OPERATION UNDERGROUND RAILROAD (O.U.R.)

All funds raised from Conquer 100 challenge will go to Operation Underground Railroad – a not-for-profit organization dedicated to rescuing children involved in human sex trafficking. Thanks to the work alongside their partners since 2013, O.U.R. has helped rescue more than 4,600 survivors and has assisted in the arrests of more than 2,600 predators and traffickers. 

James is passionate about this cause and Eleve Health has a goal to help him raise $500,000.00 in donations to O.U.R. Click on the link below to participate and help the cause!
